We advise securing your booking a minimum of 2–3 weeks beforehand to ensure availability, particularly during the high season from May to September. If you're planning a corporate event or a personal celebration, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure broader options and customization time.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our paramount concern. Should our captain deem weather conditions to be hazardous, we will offer an alternative date for your charter or a full refund. We keep a vigilant eye on the weather and will notify you 24 hours prior to departure if there are any concerns.
Am I permitted to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you may bring your own provisions. Nonetheless, we also provide excellent bespoke catering solutions with customizable menus. For safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on board.

Could you explain your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before the set sail time are eligible for a complete refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, except in cases of our mechanical issues or unsuitable weather circumstances.
