Your safety is our highest concern. If our captain, certified by competent authorities, deems the weather unsuitable for sailing, we provide adaptable alternatives:
- Complete Reimbursement: If rescheduling is not feasible, 100% refund is offered
- Schedule Change: Rearrange your charter to an alternate available slot with no extra fee
- Voucher for Charter: Credit valid for one year from the initial charter date
Procedure for Weather Evaluation
Our evaluation of weather conditions encompasses:
- Assessment of wind velocity and trajectory
- Examination of wave magnitude and marine conditions
- Forecasting of visibility and precipitation levels
- Updates on advisories and cautions issued by Coast Guard
- Security evaluations by our professional captain
Decision Making Timeframe: Judgments on weather cancellations are carried out at least 4 hours ahead of the scheduled departure.
Refunds for Medical Urgencies
Circumstances of Emergency
We acknowledge that unexpected medical urgencies might occur. The following incidents could be eligible for special refund considerations:
- Unforeseen illnesses or injuries leading to hospital admittance
- Demise within the immediate kin
- Military deployment or urgent recall
- Mandatory jury service or legal summons
- Travel disturbances due to natural calamities
Requirements for Documentation
To accommodate requests for emergency refunds, kindly provide:
- Medical attestation or hospital reports
- Certificate of death (where applicable)
- Orders issued by the military
- Notice of court appearance or jury duty orders

Cancellations due to Operational Difficulties

If the yacht assigned to you encounters unsolvable mechanical setbacks:
- Replacement Vessel: An endeavor to supply a similar alternative
- Complete Reimbursement: Issued if no equivalent alternative is found
- Partial Reimbursement: Provided if the replacement vessel has various costs
- Compensation: Supplementary offerings may be proposed for inconveniences experienced
Unavailability of Crew
In the exceptional event that certified crew is not accessible:
- Efforts to arrange alternate personnel will be made when possible
- Complete refund if the charter is unable to proceed
- Options for rescheduling without any additional charges

In the event that your yacht charter is affected or shortened due to factors within our scope of control:
- Reimbursement proportional to the undelivered service time
- Credit equivalent to a future charter of the same value
- Additional services or enhancements offered complimentary
Disruptions Caused by Guests
If a charter is prematurely ended due to the conduct of guests or breaches of safety guidelines:
- No reimbursement for the remaining time
- Outstanding payment will be fully due
- Potential additional charges may be imposed

If there is a disagreement over a refund judgment, the following steps can be taken:
